Mobile and tablet (#23):
- Header: logo, dark mode and account on one row, the menu below it
- Catalog: compact cards and full-width Filter/Sort buttons on phones
- Explore by taste: filters in a row on tablets, folded on phones; the
  map gets a phone-sized shape and the chosen wine scrolls into view
- Food pairing and Wine DNA: tighter grids on phones and tablets
- Bottle images, logo and food photo as WebP (about 10 MB less)

Accessibility (#24):
- Skip link, one <main id="main-content"> per page, page titles
- Focus moves to the new page's <h1> after a link (not on Back)
- Taste map: one Tab stop with arrow-key navigation, plus a list view
- Visible text or aria-label instead of hidden screen-reader-only text
- Ratings read as "Rating 4.1 out of 5" (role="img")
- 44 px touch targets, 3:1 borders on fields, reduced motion
- README: accessibility and mobile sections
